My Story
I am Vassil Kirov, PhD (Sciences Po) Associate Professor in the Institute for the Study of Societies and Knowledge, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (ISSK-BAS) and Associate researcher at the Centre Pierre Naville, University of Evry and at the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI). My research interests are in the sociology of enterprise, work and organisations, employment relations, labour markets and Europeanisation. I have been a researcher in large EU-funded research projects (SMALL, WORKS, WALQING) and have worked as an external expert for the European Commission, the International Labour Organisation, the European Foundation for Working and Living Conditions, CEDEFOP, the Fundamental Rights Agency, the Swiss Development Agency, etc.
